These terms and conditions govern the rules, procedures, and usage of the gaming platform managed and operated by smart player systems OÜ (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), located at Harju maakond, Tallinn, Kesklinna linnaosa, Narva mnt 5, 10117, Estonia.
These terms and conditions apply in addition to the general terms of use and policies displayed across the Company’s website.
The platform is designed exclusively to allow participants to engage in competitive games based entirely on their personal abilities and skills, such as coordination, strategy, reaction speed, comprehension, and acquired experience.
The platform does not offer gambling, betting, wagering, lotteries, or games of chance of any kind. Match outcomes are determined solely by participant skill.
Each game operates based on specific rules, objectives, and a unique scoring method according to the designated settings of that specific game.
Use of the platform, purchasing P1 Coins, and participating in any games constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Participants may purchase P1 Coin packages that grant the right to participate in games, using a credit card via our authorized payment processor or other payment methods published on the website. The full price and currency of each package are displayed before purchase.
P1 Coins will be allocated to the participant's account balance only after payment has been completed and received in full.
P1 Coins are a closed-loop virtual platform currency used solely to pay individual match entry fees and to track achievements on the platform. P1 Coins have no real-world monetary value, are not electronic money, cannot be traded or transferred between users, and cannot be cashed out, withdrawn, exchanged, or converted into fiat currency, goods, or services outside the platform under any circumstances.
In the event of an authorized transaction cancellation or payment refund, the P1 Coins allocated from that specific payment will be voided and removed from the account balance.

Any individual aged 18 or over who has successfully completed our required identity verification process and holds a sufficient P1 Coin balance is eligible to participate in the games. The platform is not available to persons under the age of 18.
Each game will have a clearly defined entry cost in P1 Coins, start time, end time, and maximum participation duration, displayed transparently before a match begins.
The entry fee is deducted from the participant's P1 Coin balance automatically the moment the "Start Game" button is clicked, at which point the designated game time countdown begins.
Participants who win a match receive P1 Coins credited to their account balance. These coins serve as a record of achievement and may be used to enter further matches, subject to these terms.

P1 Coin package purchases can be canceled and refunded in accordance with Estonian consumer protection laws within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided none of the purchased coins have been used to enter a game. Once any coins from a purchase are used to participate in a match, the transaction is finalized and non-refundable.
Promotional P1 Coins granted directly by the Company, or coins obtained via promotional vouchers, have no purchase value and are not eligible for any refund.
Purchased P1 Coins that remain unused for one year from the date of purchase will expire and be removed from the account balance. Participants will be notified by email before their coins expire.

All intellectual property rights related to the games, software architecture, branding, and the website, including trademarks, trade secrets, and copyrights, are the exclusive property of the Company.
Participants agree not to sell, modify, copy, publish, transmit, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the contents included on the website or within the games without prior written approval from the Company.

The details provided by the participant during registration and identity verification constitute personal data. The collection, storage, and processing of this data—including payment processing through our third-party payment infrastructure provider, Stripe—are governed by our Privacy Policy.
The Company reserves the right to display username identifiers, country flags, and scores of top-performing participants on the public global leaderboard or in promotional materials.
Participants agree that the information provided will be used by the Company for managing game sessions, maintaining account security, preventing transaction fraud, and platform optimization.

The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss incurred by participants in connection with their participation in the games or use of the platform, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Company is not responsible for technical interruptions, connection dropouts, latency, or server errors involving third-party internet networks or user hardware.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a game session, void match results, or suspend an account in the event of suspected fraud, illegal conduct, or violation of these terms by a participant.

Participants are strictly prohibited from using any automated or technological aids during the games, including bots, scripts, AI tools, or any software designed to provide an unfair advantage.
Collusion between participants, use of multiple accounts, and any manipulation of match outcomes are prohibited.
The Company reserves the right to audit gameplay metrics and immediately block or terminate the account of any participant found violating this clause, resulting in the forfeiture of all remaining P1 Coins on the account.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights in the participant's country of residence.
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The Company may update the game catalog, scoring methods, entry fees, leaderboard structure, and the nature of the games at its sole discretion. Material changes to these terms will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
Participation in the games constitutes full and binding agreement to these terms and conditions.
